MINDBODY’s culture is designed to help employees live meaningful, purpose-driven lives. Professional growth is supported alongside personal and emotional growth. Employees also receive a wellness subsidy to use with local wellness providers, onsite fitness classes, massage therapy and acupuncture; fresh produce deliveries; tobacco cessation programs; career counseling and professional growth workshops; recess activities; flu shots and free fruit and infused water.
